That’s completely understandable. A colonoscopy is a test that allows the doctor to directly see where the bleeding is coming from. You may be worried about pain, but the test is performed under sedation. Many people say, “Before I knew it, it was over.”
そうですよね。大腸内視鏡検査は医師がどこから出血しているのかを直接確かめるための検査です。痛みが心配かもしれませんが、鎮静薬を使って行うので、ほとんどの方が「気づいたら終わっていた」とおっしゃいますよ。

Good. Then, on the day of the test, you will drink a bowel cleansing solution called “BowelPrep.” Dissolve it in 2 liters of water. Drink one cup over 10 to 15 minutes. After each cup, drink some plain water. Continue alternating between the two. As a guide, you will drink a total of 1.5 liters of BowelPrep and 1 liter of water over about three hours. You can also chill BowelPrep in the refrigerator before you drink it. If you feel sick during the process, please let the nurse know right away.
