Yes, don’t worry. Fexofenadine does not have any major interactions with tacrolimus or mycophenolate mofetil. It is considered safe and is used for transplant patients as well. However, strong antibiotics like clarithromycin and antifungal medicines may require extra caution. If you need those medicines, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.

In that case, take it as soon as you remember. But if it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Make sure you don’t take two doses at the same time. Fexofenadine is less likely to cause drowsiness, but rarely, some people may feel sleepy. If you feel very drowsy, please avoid driving.
その場合は、思い出した時にすぐにお飲みください。ただし、次の服用時間が近い場合は、飲み忘れた分を飛ばしてください。2回分をまとめて飲まないようにしてください。フェキソフェナジンは眠気を起こしにくいですが、まれに眠くなる人もいます。眠気が強い場合は運転をお控えください。
